1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the bd3335 website at https://bd3335.ws and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features accessible therein.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the bd3335 platform.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Funds" means real-money balances held in a Player's bd3335 account, whether deposited directly or credited as a result of a winning wager.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, or other incentive balances issued by bd3335 subject to wagering conditions.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 10 of these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 To register and use the bd3335 platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• Be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise lawfully permitted to access online gaming services.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number.
• Maintain only one single account on the bd3335 platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.
• Not be self-excluded from bd3335 or any other gambling platform pursuant to a voluntary self-exclusion request.

2.2 bd3335 reserves the right to require identity verification at any stage. You agree to provide documentary proof of identity, age, and residence upon request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

2.3 bd3335 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

3 Account Management & Security

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

3.2 You must notify bd3335 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. bd3335 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to notify us promptly.

3.3 bd3335 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from bd3335 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

3.4 bd3335 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it reasonably suspects has been accessed by an unauthorised person, used in connection with Prohibited Conduct, or where account credentials have been shared with third parties.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

4.1 bd3335 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum deposit per transaction is subject to the limits of the selected payment method and any account-level limits set by bd3335 or requested by the Player under responsible gaming tools.

4.3 All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a different individual — are strictly prohibited. bd3335 reserves the right to void any transactions identified as third-party deposits and to return funds to the originating payment account.

4.4 bd3335 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bd3335 accepts no responsibility.

4.5 bd3335 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large deposits or deposits that trigger internal risk thresholds. During such reviews, affected funds may be temporarily held pending verification.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used by the Player to make their most recent deposit. bd3335 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are subject to the limits of your verified account tier and the selected payment method.

5.3 bd3335 aims to process withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. These timeframes are indicative and may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

5.4 bd3335 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, review of wagering activity for compliance with bonus terms, or investigation of suspected Prohibited Conduct. The Player will be notified if a withdrawal is placed under review.

5.5 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only Real Funds that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 bd3335 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published alongside the offer, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

6.2 In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.

6.3 Bonuses are issued to one eligible account per household, per mobile device, per IP address, and per payment method. bd3335 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.

6.4 Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any withdrawal of funds derived from Bonus Funds can be processed. bd3335 reserves the right to void winnings and remove Bonus Funds from any account where bonus abuse, exploitation, or multi-accounting is detected.

6.5 bd3335 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not materially prejudice Players who have already commenced wagering under the relevant offer.

7 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

7.1 All bets placed on bd3335 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are published within each product section of the platform.

7.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended. bd3335 is not responsible for bets placed in error by the Player.

7.3 bd3335 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error, technical fault, or data feed error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's account.

7.4 For live casino games, the result determined by the dealer or the gaming system at the conclusion of each round is final. Disputes regarding live game outcomes must be submitted to customer support within 24 hours of the relevant game round.

7.5 For crash games (including Aviator and similar titles), the multiplier at which the Player elects to cash out — or the crash point if no cash-out is made — is determined by the game provider's certified random number generator and is final.

7.6 bd3335 reserves the right to suspend, delay, or void markets on sporting events where match integrity concerns have been raised by relevant sporting authorities, including but not limited to the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), ICC, or FIFA.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 bd3335 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. The platform offers the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their account. Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic alerts notifying them of time spent on the platform within a session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the Player may not log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the bd3335 platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and last for a minimum of 6 months.

8.2 Players who believe their gambling is causing harm are encouraged to contact the bd3335 support team at any time. The support team is trained to handle these requests with discretion and care.

8.3 bd3335 complies with its obligations regarding underage gambling prevention. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account closed immediately, all gameplay voided, and deposited funds returned.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

9.1 bd3335 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9.2 bd3335 uses 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire platform to protect data in transit. Account passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing and are never accessible in plain text by bd3335 staff.

9.3 bd3335 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services where necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable obligations.

10 Prohibited Conduct

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bd3335 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent closure:

• Providing false or misleading registration information, including false date of birth.
• Operating or attempting to operate more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities to generate profit.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Circumventing a self-exclusion order by registering a new account or using a third party's account.
• Any conduct that interferes with the normal operation of the platform or the experience of other Players.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 bd3335 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bd3335 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access, it does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or downtime.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bd3335 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of wagered funds resulting from technical errors, connectivity failures, or platform downtime.

11.3 bd3335's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

12.1 bd3335 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bd3335 will provide reasonable notice to Players via the email address or mobile number registered on the account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform upon login.

12.2 Your continued use of the bd3335 platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining funds before the effective date of the changes.

13 Account Closure

13.1 You may close your bd3335 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with their applicable rules. Remaining Real Funds (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to your registered payment method following satisfactory identity verification.

13.2 bd3335 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to accounts where Prohibited Conduct has been identified, where the account has been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months, or where continued operation of the account would place bd3335 in breach of any applicable obligation.

13.3 Where an account is closed by bd3335 due to Prohibited Conduct, bd3335 is not obligated to return any funds held in the account, including deposited Real Funds, where such funds are the direct proceeds of the prohibited activity.

14 Complaints & Dispute Resolution

14.1 If you have a complaint about any aspect of the bd3335 platform or service, you should contact the bd3335 customer support team in the first instance via live chat. Please provide your account username, a description of the issue, and any relevant transaction or game reference numbers.

14.2 bd3335 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours of receipt (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

14.3 If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the complaint process, you may escalate the matter. Details of the escalation pathway are available from the customer support team upon request.

14.4 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the applicable territory.

15 Intellectual Property

15.1 All content on the bd3335 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of bd3335 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

15.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No rights are granted beyond this limited licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any platform content without the prior written consent of bd3335.

16 Entire Agreement

16.1 These Terms, together with the bd3335 Privacy Policy and the specific rules applicable to individual products, promotions, and game types, constitute the entire agreement between you and bd3335 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

16.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

16.3 No waiver by bd3335 of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach. bd3335's failure to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
